ok so i'm looking at recipes of cupcakes and cookies,

originally i was just pondering around and i saw a picture of a cupcake, monster looking and very fluorescent bright tangy colours of frosting and m&ms for the nose/mouth which really looked like a monster cupcake.

which had a link attached to it......................

i don't know why i opened it and all these recipes started flowing and flowing out and i'm clicking on each very different recipes..

why am i doing so! i can't bake!!!!!!!!!!!! neither do i understand their terms in the cooking world..

like unsalted butter...(?) srsly wht is that, i thought they only have BUTTER. what is an unsalted butter. and
unsweetened chocolate??? what is this srsly.. like how many chocolates are there.. i understand if you say dark chocolate.. white chocolate..unsweetened chocolate? which chocolate isn't sweet good god. like.... so if you mean unsweetened chocolate do you mean dark chocolate.. oh no wait. it'll still be sweet. I DON'T KNOW.

all purpose flour? srsly.. so does it mean i can use any type of flour i want or do I SPECIFICALLY have to use an all purpose flour which has to be written on a packaging...? and whole milk? like is there sort of like half-milk kinda thing? okay i don't know. i can not cook i can not bake and the cooking world is some world i will never understand.
