my mobile is slowly falling apart , looking at phones while loading glee is a big headache -1 to the slow running internet!!!

for a person who is definitely not a tech savvy, i seriously do not know anything about phones and their plans.

dear dad,
please let me get a new phone, i seriously need one. i've bared with this phone for a few years now and it is slowly ripping the life out of itself.
